Key Responsibilities:
* Assist instructors during in-person and virtual CAD training sessions.
* Prepare training materials prior to class events, including workstation setup, sample files, tutorials, and handouts.
* Monitor participant progress during sessions and provide feedback to instructors to enhance the learning experience.
* Collaborate with instructors to develop and refine training content to ensure alignment with course objectives.
* Create, record, audit, and monitor customer-facing Online Academy platforms to support customer satisfaction and retention.
* Partner with the Onboarding Specialist to support administrative tasks such as scheduling and post-session evaluations.
* Support LMS platform modernization initiatives.
* Conduct GV Manual Certification audits.
Basic Qualifications:
* Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar) with hands-on experience in design or drafting workflows.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Familiarity with virtual training platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and supporting users of varying skill levels.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
* Technical writing skills are a plus.
* Knowledge of additional design or engineering software is a bonus.
