Expected Outcomes:
Success in the Help Desk Support - Level 1 position will be based on your ability to meet or exceed our client's expectations and by exceeding the SLA (Service Level Agreements) put in place for the various agreements. Willing to record activities for justification to client.
The team will be graded on the profitability of the client agreements and on the amount of incidents that are able to be resolved before affecting the clients. Bonus program based on hours allocated to helpdesk, professional services, and managed services.
Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations:
A+ Certification is preferred. Must be attained in first 90 days.
Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is preferred or will be required the first year.
2+ years' experience in computer network management is required
Experience in managing end client networks is preferred.

Under this cooperative agreement, CDC Foundation will hire and place abstractors in OD2A jurisdictions who demonstrate a need for abstraction support to implement OD2A objectives. States are required to submit comprehensive fatal overdose data to CDC twice a year, with data submission timelines varying depending on Tier. For fatal overdoses, states are required to enter abstracted death certificate and coroner, and medical examiner reports on unintentional and undetermined intent overdose deaths into the State Unintentional Drug Overdose Reporting System (SUDORS) which leverages the web-based platform used for the National Violent Death Reporting System (NVDRS). The abstractor will work closely with the Ohio SUDORS team to identify drug overdose deaths that meet the SUDORS case definition, contact specific coroner and medical examiner offices to request reports and abstract appropriate information from the reports into the SUDORS database. Minimum Qualifications:• A Bachelor's or nursing degree or emergency medical technician/death investigation certificate is required; Master's degree is preferred (preferably in nursing, public health, or a health-related field) • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work independently and within a team environment • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with ability to be efficient and consistently deliver high-quality work under time constraints • Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis software program (preferably SAS) is preferred but not required • Proficiency in navigating computer systems; ability to learn new data systems quickly and to comply with data integrity and security to safeguard all personal identifiable information • Demonstrated ability to work well independently and within teams • Emotional resilience to deal with potentially triggering data daily • Experience working in a virtual environment with remote partners and teams • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Zoom. Facility Type: Behavioral Health
Schedule: 8\-12 hours per week

Compensation: $32.00\-$38.00 depending on experience
Travel Compensation: Paid travel time to and from the facility at the same rate.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments for clients identified at nutritional risk, specifically considering the unique challenges associated with substance use disorders, withdrawal, and recovery (e.g., malnutrition, vitamin deficiencies, disordered eating patterns, metabolic imbalances).
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized and evidence\-based nutrition care plans tailored to the needs of clients in various stages of addiction recovery (detoxification, residential, outpatient), promoting overall health and supporting the healing process.
Offer specialized nutrition education and counseling to clients and their families regarding healthy eating patterns, managing cravings, restoring nutrient balance, addressing co\-occurring medical conditions influenced by substance use (e.g., diabetes, liver health), and promoting long\-term wellness in recovery.
Proactively collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, therapists, case managers, peer mentors, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team to optimize client outcomes and integrate nutrition seamlessly into the overall treatment plan.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies, state licensing regulations (e.g., specific to Pennsylvania\/New Jersey), and best practice guidelines for addiction treatment and nutritional care.
Maintain thorough and timely electronic medical record documentation, reflecting medical necessity and the effectiveness of nutrition interventions in the context of addiction recovery.
Routinely monitor clients for changes in weight, labs, fluid status, and clinical condition (e.g., related to post\-acute withdrawal, medication side effects), adjusting nutrition interventions promptly.
Actively participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical rounds, and case conferences to enhance nutrition care services and overall client well\-being within the addiction recovery setting.
Serve as a nutrition expert and resource for facility staff, contributing to staff education on the role of nutrition in addiction recovery and general wellness.
Perform other tasks as assigned and within scope of practice as needed to support client recovery and facility operations.
Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited program.
Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (RD\/RDN).
Current state licensure\/certification (if mandated by the state where the facility operates).
Minimum of 2\-3 years of recent clinical experience, with a strong preference for experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, mental health, or a related field. Acute care experience is a plus.
Demonstrated understanding of the nutritional challenges and recovery needs of individuals with substance use disorders, including an awareness of co\-occurring mental health conditions.
Proficiency in assessing and addressing nutritional deficiencies, weight management, and specific dietary needs relevant to recovery.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients (who may be vulnerable or resistant), families, and a collaborative healthcare team.
Possesses superior critical thinking, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities to assess complex client needs and develop effective, supportive nutrition plans.
Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and regulatory standards relevant to addiction treatment facilities.
Ability to work autonomously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic, supportive, and client\-centered environment.

How This Role Makes a Difference
The CRC I, RN conducts delegated clinical tasks and monitoring of research participants in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.

* Patient Coordination
* Prescreen study candidates
* Obtain informed consent per Care Access Research SOP .
* Complete visit procedures in accordance with protocol.
* Train others and complete basic clinical procedures, such as blood draws, vital signs, ECGs, etc.
* Review laboratory results, ECGs, and other test results (e.g., MRIs) for completeness and alert values, ensuring investigator review in a timely fashion.
* Discuss study medication, required procedures, eligibility criteria and impact on office flow with Investigator and site staff.
* Prioritize activities with specific regard to protocol timelines
* Maintain adherence to FDA regulations and ICH guidelines in all aspects of conducting clinical trials.
* Coordinate and attend pre-study site visits, site initiation visits, and monitor visits with clinical staff and Sponsor/CRO representatives.
* Identify adverse events (AEs) and Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) and promptly notify Principal Investigator and Sponsor (where appropriate)
* Conducts delegated clinical tasks (RN specific) and monitoring of research participants in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP), ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance. Clinical Tasks Include:
* Preparation and administration of Investigational Product (IP; study drug)
* Monitor participant for adverse reactions
* Perform phlebotomy and insert IV catheters
* Conduct delegated clinical procedures as required per protocol
* Maintain Investigational Product records in accordance with regulations and sponsor requirements.

* Review and assess protocol (including amendments) for clarity, logistical feasibility
* Ensure that all training and study requirements are met prior to trial conduct.
* Communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
* Attend Investigator meetings as required.
* Ensure adequate supplies have arrived on site for protocol initiation (lab kits, study medication, specialized equipment, IVRS/EDC access and passwords)
* Interact in a positive, professional manner with patients, sponsor representatives, investigators and Care Access Research personnel and management.
* Maintain effective relationships with study participants and other care Access Research personnel.
