This is a full-time on-site role as Family Office Manager based in St. Petersburg, Florida. The FAO will lead the accounting, administrative and financial activities of the TFO. The FAO will be responsible for all day-to-day administrative, cash, accounting, tax and financial reporting requirements for the TFO. We are looking for an individual who is comfortable working in a hands-on role. The role ranges in complexity from CFO managing a diverse and substantial investment company to personal assistant and family counselor.

The Lead Facilities Technician reports to the Director of Facilities and is responsible for all facets of the museum mechanical operations and serves as backup to the Director of Facilities. This includes but is not limited to operation and maintenance of the mechanical plant, plumbing, and mechanical systems throughout the facility, construction and installation of exhibit furniture and experiences.
The salary range for this position is $63-65,000 per year.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support needs for the building operating systems of the Museum, including off site storage building.
Performs routine maintenance on the chiller plant and HVAC equipment
Perform minor repairs related to electrical, plumbing fixtures, lighting, ballasts.
Assist in managing the BMS, adjusting, and maintain proper climate control set points
May support the Director of Facilities with the maintenance schedule of building, grounds, and facility repairs and replacements.
Report any irregular activity in facility to the Director of Facilities.

Share in 24-hour response for Maintenance/HVAC emergencies.
