Essential Job Functions:
* Provide efficient and courteous service to all customers.
* Keep work station and area around work station neat and clean.
* Assist bakery/deli manager in ordering, receiving and displaying all salad bar product.
* Rotate all merchandise when stocking to ensure freshness and quality.
* Set up and maintain salad bar as directed by bakery/deli manager.
* Wash and prepare product for the salad bar.
* Take inventory of product as directed by the bakery/deli manager.
* Assist and coordinate training of salad bar associates as directed by the bakery/deli manager.
* Maintain quality and freshness of all salad bar products.
* Bail boxes.
* Enforce and maintain the company food safety program.
* Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* Food Service experience a plus, but not required
* Ability to meet standard Physical, Mental, and Visual demands
* Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
