About the Role... The Demand Generation Manager will lead multi-channel demand generation programs and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, collaborating closely within Marketing and across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, ABM programs, and marketing automation initiatives. Proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and analytics/reporting tools a must. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams. Self-starter with an experimental mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in HR technology or compensation management categories, a plus.
