About the Role...
The Demand Generation Manager will lead multi-channel demand generation programs and account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives, collaborating closely within Marketing and across Sales, Product, and Customer Success. This fast-paced, high-impact role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution, analytics, and driving measurable business growth. This is an individual contributor role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
This position is located out of our Headquarters office located in Waltham, MA.
Base Salary Range: $ 100,000 - $110,000K with a 10% annual bonus opportunity
A Day in the Life...
As a Demand Generation Manager at Salary.com, you'll drive pipeline growth through multi-channel demand programs and campaigns, including the creation of emails, paid media ads, and optimizing how we package and promote our content offers. Your work will be an integral part of integrated GTM campaigns as you contribute to cohesion across channels and audiences. Collaboration is key as you develop programs from the ground up, and equip sales to support message consistency from funnel to pipeline. Through it all, you'll monitor performance metrics, identify optimization opportunities, and implement strategies that directly impact new business revenue.

25% Collaboration & Alignment: Working with fellow demand gen managers, content, editorial, product marketing, and sales teams
15% Strategy, Analysis, & Planning: Evaluating channel, audience, and offer data; consistently reporting program and channel pipeline impact; and planning future initiatives and optimization cycles
About You...
5-8 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or ABM, preferably in SaaS or high-growth companies.
Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns, ABM programs, and marketing automation initiatives.
Proficiency with Pardot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and analytics/reporting tools a must.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across cross-functional teams.
Self-starter with an experimental mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in HR technology or compensation management categories, a plus.
Experience in vertical marketing strategies, a plus.

A Day in the Life...

About You...
Juris Doctorate degree

Reporting to and working under the general direction of the Supervisor(s) and Manager of the department, the Specialty Navigator reviews complex referral requests and evaluates and assigns appropriate specialist for the patient. Works with patients and providers to understand services being requested. Interviews patients as needed to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested. Verifies demographics and insurance information

Reviews referral information from work queue for pertinent information regarding referral requests
Reviews each external referral for opportunity to convert to internal referral and reviews options with patients

Schedules patients for tests, consultations, services and procedures with other departments, local private offices, and/or outside vendors/providers
Answers phone calls, faxed requests and other inquires relating to referrals and communicates with the physicians and clinicians to acquire authorization or to inform them of patient issues or clinical paperwork needed
Research questions/concerns from patients regarding bills and determines if issue is related to the referral process
Assists in resolving billing and denied referral matters as they relate to the referral process
Refers patients to appropriate staff (e.g., patient account representatives) for billing issues related to insurance benefits and services covered under the benefits plan
Works in collaboration with the person designated as the Practice's Benefits Coordinator to maintain cost control, ensure that services provided are within benefit plan guidelines, and that necessary policies and procedures are followed when dealing with non-preferred providers/vendors

The Associate Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols.
