JOB SUMMARY:
A successful Associate Sales Executive will help to nurture profitable program entity relationships such that Customers value our premium finance services and we achieve superior, sustainable financial returns. The Associate Sales Executive will be responsible for retaining relationships in an assigned geographic region for the purpose of maintaining existing business and growing new and organic business. The person serving in this role will build and grow strong relationships through personal calls as well as contacts established at trade shows and through other insurance related organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish new IPFS contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers.
Build relationships with agencies/brokerages located in the assigned territory.
Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the IPFS portfolio of active customers.
Conduct needs analyses for prospects and Customers using the IPFS Sales process and Salesforce.
Present the IPFS premium finance package and online training for the IPFS Quoting System and Account Info System to qualified targets.
Foster good working relationships with multiple IPFS Regional Managers and support Associates including a number of different Account Executives.

The Difference You Make:
This position identifies and pursues new sales prospects within the Southern CA market. Gathers market intelligence, generates leads, and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new loan revenue to the bank. Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects. Works pre-developed lead lists to generate business and identify any new customer prospects.
Assists in marketing and support to win equipment loan transactions.
Interacts with a large group of vendors for loan referrals, including AAA.
Creates, modifies and manages loan administration for various products in conjunction with various groups within the bank.
Performs and coordinates various other operational requirements related to insurance requirements, customized invoices, tracking of financial statements, processing early buy-out and loan options etc.

Assist in troubleshooting application and user issues in core banking system, reaching out to application vendor as needed for resolution. Document, report, and resolve system failures. Create and participate in event assessments involving assigned core banking applications.
Use application system data through SQL or application system query as requested through information request, projects, audits, etc. to fulfill any custom reporting needs not directly available through the core banking system.
Build, create and execute extract files from core banking system data for third party vendor requests.
Participate in projects to help define system scope and objectives through research and understanding of core banking system while considering system or operational limitations to achieve desired outcome.
Develop testing strategies and execute test plan to mitigate deployment risk. Identify issues and escalate/manage resolution as required. Recommend preferred solutions.
Create automation using Nintex bots. Complete system and regression testing and support user testing to deliver high quality, fully automated bot.
Gather and assess requirements for software utilization through data analysis, core parameter review and completion of questionnaires.
Create core data field mapping and transaction workflow documents to form the technical specifications for the integration to be shared with vendors and programmers, and others as appropriate to ensure successful conversion.
To be successful in this position, we require the following:
High School Diploma or equivalent (HSE/GED)
A minimum of three (3) years of deposit or loan servicing, operations, line of business or similar experience in the financial services industry.
The following would be a plus:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or related field of study.
Similar experience supporting core Deposit or loan servicing systems (FIS, Fiserv, CSI, Jack Henry, etc.).

JOB SUMMARY:
A successful Associate Sales Executive will help to nurture profitable program entity relationships such that Customers value our premium finance services and we achieve superior, sustainable financial returns. The Associate Sales Executive will be responsible for retaining relationships in an assigned geographic region for the purpose of maintaining existing business and growing new and organic business. The person serving in this role will build and grow strong relationships through personal calls as well as contacts established at trade shows and through other insurance related organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish new IPFS contacts to generate new business opportunities through cold calling, investigating leads, prospecting and closing sales while onboarding and training new Customers.
Build relationships with agencies/brokerages located in the assigned territory.
Increase unit count, premium and interest margin by protecting existing relationships and consistently adding new insurance agents to the IPFS portfolio of active customers.

Present the IPFS premium finance package and online training for the IPFS Quoting System and Account Info System to qualified targets.

Define and maintain the KPI framework and benchmarks for brand, demand, lifecycle, and experience metrics; tie measures to business outcomes and OKRs in partnership with Marketing and Finance/FP&A.
Build and maintain executive and team-level dashboards and reports (weekly/monthly/QBR) and apply data-storytelling techniques so stakeholders quickly grasp what/so-what/now-what.
Stand up/run a VoC program aggregating solicited and unsolicited feedback (CSAT/NPS/CES, in-app/site feedback, product reviews, social listening, service transcripts). Apply sentiment/topic analysis to reveal loyalty drivers and friction.
Operationalize closed-loop feedback with Marketing, UX, Product, and Service; size impact, recommend fixes, and track adoption and outcomes.
Create measurement plans, event schemas, and UTM/naming standards; ensure full-funnel tracking for always-on and campaign activity across paid/owned/earned. (Design the stack recognizing that no single tool covers all analytics needs.)
Deliver pre/post analyses, A/B and incrementality testing, and contribution/attribution reads to quantify ROI/ROAS and inform budget reallocation. Communicate findings using storytelling best practices.
Partner with UX to share behavioral insights (funnels, heatmaps, session replays) and VoC themes that shape hypotheses, experiments, and design priorities.
Collaborate with Finance/FP&A to connect marketing investments to growth, acquisition, retention, and relationship deepening; align on forecasting and performance narratives for leadership.
Work with Marketing Ops/IT/Data to govern data quality, documentation (data dictionary), and access/controls; ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant.
Evaluate and advise on analytics/VoC and martech tools, integrations, and roadmaps; lead light vendor management and pilots as needed.
