Pros of working at Salem University

More online students than campus, SOME of the people that work there are nice and know what their doing, the students are a pleasure to work with

Cons of working at Salem University

No communication between leaders and their direct reports or departments, most of the people that work there are rude, condescending and dont know what they’re doing, there’s little growth for a career, leadership is not on campus and comes on campus for major events or rarely at all.
