Maintains availability of cooking utensils and service ware by restocking clean and dry items after washing. Keeps the Dining Service Department areas free of trash and clutter by safely removing garbage vessels, boxes, and other items in a timely manner. Maintains safe and sanitary work areas by keeping all work and equipment surfaces clean: keeping floors swept, mopped, and free of debris; performing other general cleaning duties as assigned by supervisors. Maintains clean equipment and facility by following weekly cleaning schedules. Supports teamwork within the company by assisting departments with special requests and projects at the discretion of the supervisor. Supports Salemtowne Shines culture & philosophy.
