Job Purpose
The Enterprise Sales Manager will maintain and expand in-country relationships with strategically important Enterprise customers (Key Accounts). The primary objective of the role is to generate profitable new revenue for IWG.

Key Responsibilities

The Sales Manager is responsible for 1-3 sales zones/departments within the store. Within each zone, you are responsible for creating a consistent customer experience, trip assurance, and consistent visual merchandising of product.
Job duties:
The Sales Manager will focus on Key Areas of Store Operations: Team Members, Customer Experience, Sales Growth, Customer Readiness, and Store planogram execution and integrity.

Responsible for consistent execution of customer readiness standards and in-stock levels to ensure trip assurance for customers.
Ensure that all end caps are set and merchandised correctly and all displays are clean and have the appropriate signage.
Positive promotion of Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives.
Job Requirements and Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent relevant experience
3 years of management experience within a Big Box retailer preferred.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and build relationships in a fast paced environment.
Must be able to direct and motivate a diverse population that includes full- time and part-time team members.
Demonstrated ability to act decisively with implementing solutions, planning and delegating tasks, monitoring and achieving goals, and responding to change.
The ability to work a flexible schedule and have open availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Supervision of the Systems Applications & Communications Coordinator to assure all line staff are consistently and adequate trained to use club software and other applications needed to executive their job tasks. This position also includes on-site marketing, social media and functioning as liaison with software company (Club Auto).
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
MEMBERSHIP SALES
* Perform all duties related to driving Sports Core membership sales including driving individual and corporate memberships, and exploring new and existing markets for potential fitness/wellness opportunities.
* Execute strategic initiatives for Sports Core membership sales promotions to generate revenue.
* Assist in member integration, especially within the first year of membership, to ensure long-term engagement and retention.
* Upsell programs, activities and events; participate in Health Fairs (internal and external), Chamber of Commerce, International Health & Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA).
* Assist Manager in compiling annual sales and marketing plan in conjunction with Communications Dept.
* Support Wellness-related leisure group sales and awareness for Kohler, WI by marketing to health and wellness sectors relative to Spa, Running and Yoga.
* Produce on-going sales reports detailing prospective members, in-process and converted members.
* Assume fiscal responsibility. Ensure Member Services department remains PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant while working with 2000 memberships. Safeguard the security of credit card transactions - both singular transactions as well as monthly payments. Oversee processes for proactive collection of receivables and manage prompt collection of past due balances.
* Oversee associate onboarding, including 5-star club tours of facility ensuring all areas are being promoted.
* Foster member relations with the use of sales communications tools to include printed collateral, promotional materials and social media.
* Maintain exceptional knowledge of all Kohler hospitality businesses, history, business operations.
MEMBERSHIP SERVICES/MARKETING:
* Maintain contact with all members to ensure engagement and satisfaction from integration through entire membership lifecycle.
* Facilitate member feedback and respond timely and appropriately to questions, complaints and suggestions.
* Supervise all marketing, promotions, special events that drive revenue and engagement for Sports Core.
* Collaborate with Group Sales and Marketing to ensure Sports Core is included and proper execution of all marketing tactics related to driving business to Destination Kohler.
* Collaborate with Fitness Departments to sell corporate offerings. This includes both on- site and virtual opportunities.
* Coordinate, in conjunction with Communications, a comprehensive membership communications plan complete with objectives, strategies and corresponding tactics.
* Supervise Systems Applications & Communications Coordinator. Evaluate and support technology system updates to ensure functionality meets the needs of business goals and objectives. Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are established and that associates are trained for consistency and accuracy in using system applications.
OTHER
* Contribute and implement assigned initiatives toward achievement of Safety Tier Levels. Monitor assigned tactics from designated elements and implement programs and processes required. Contribute to internal safety programs and training as needed.
* Supervise Kids Core Coordinator and staff. Support a variety of on-going family-friendly experiences for members and guests. Drive revenue through year-round youth programming. Evaluate staffing and hours of department operations to maximize profit. Ensure safety protocols are current and executed within Sports Core, outdoors or off-site.
* Serve as a proponent for community relations. Oversee the facility "Give Back" programs and activities related to stewardship. Participate in county wide initiatives on behalf of the club and resort; e.g. Wellness Council, Healthy Sheboygan County, Road American Family Fun Zone, Chamber of Commerce, etc.
* Actively contribute and support development and implantation of strategic growth objectives.
* Analyze and report monthly financial statements; assist with budget and financial planning.
* Work with the manager to forecast capital and manpower needs.
* Responsible for generating and communicating ideas to increase sales.
* Interact with members to promote programs and uphold policies. Interact with H&RE personnel on all levels to ensure communication and cooperation of the highest level.
* Maintain standards established for all services and programs provided to facility users. Advise the manager when quality standards suffer.
* Serve in the capacity of Manager on Duty, as the rotation schedule dictates.
