The Sales Operations Manager will work in partnership with the Sales leadership team, finance, HR and IT teams to prioritize projects, and implement process strategies, goals, metrics, and best practices that are aligned with Rumpke’s organizational goals. They are responsible for identifying the impact and requirements for business processes to support the sales organization’s "To-Be" vision. They will also be responsible for verifying and measuring that the business objectives are being met by the team. The Sales Operations Manager will be instrumental in supporting the ongoing growth and success of Rumpke. Responsibilities of Position: Design, implement, and continuously improve sales operations processes, CRM management, technology stack, reporting, & sales forecasting to enhance efficiency and productivity. Manage sales-related projects, such as implementing new sales tools or launching new products. Identify and eliminate bottlenecks in the sales funnel. Responsible for ensuring that all Sales operational processes are efficient, effective, and provide a user-friendly and enjoyable experience to our internal users and customers. Define and promote business process changes which continuously increase the maturity of the process and support the ongoing growth. Manages and resolving business and operational issues in an innovative, efficient, and effective manner while focusing on customer satisfaction. Identifies performance gaps and launches remedial initiatives accordingly. Interacts with senior management, business partners, and vendors to manage expectations, prioritize, and negotiate or influence significant matters.
