As a Residential Sales Professional, you will guide homeowners through roofing, siding, solar, and exterior improvement projects - from inspection through installation completion - while delivering an unmatched customer experience.
You will leverage modern technology, professional design tools, and a proven sales process to educate customers, create accurate proposals, and close projects with confidence.
Responsibilities
Consult with homeowners to assess needs and recommend appropriate roofing, siding, solar, and exterior solutions
Conduct professional on-site inspections using Campo's 25-point inspection process
Perform accurate measurements and generate detailed project proposals
Present product options and demonstrations when requested
Match installation requirements to building specifications and applications
Manage all customer data, scheduling, proposals, and communication within HubSpot CRM
Utilize Company Cam, Hover, Podium, and other digital tools to enhance the customer experience
Close sales and clearly communicate scope of work, timelines, and expectations
Follow up throughout the installation process to ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain a goal of 100% “Very Satisfied” customers
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and targeted neighborhood canvassing
Collect deposits and final payments when required
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Maintain monthly activity and performance expectations
Experience & Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
Self-motivated with strong initiative and drive to exceed goals
Availability Monday through Saturday (every other Saturday required), including some evenings
Prior home improvement, construction, or in-home sales experience preferred

* Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays); reliable and prompt attendance necessary.
* Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up, carryout, etc.
* Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
