The Outside Sales Associate will drive new business, grow existing accounts and leverage our production lines to sell a wide range of building materials - including lumber, windows, doors, decking and railing, trim, siding and DURATION Moulding & Millwork - directly to builders, remodelers, general contractors, subcontractors, and architects. The position plays a key role in supporting our customers through every phase of their projects by product expertise, design solutions, and exceptional service. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with professional customers. Maintain constant contact and business development efforts with all assigned customer accounts. Communicate new product and service offerings from HBS to the customer base. Be proficient in construction plan take-offs, project walk-throughs, measuring, and product specifying.
