Essential Sales Duties and Responsibilities:
* Market VieMed's disease management program to potential and existing referral sources
* Develop sales territory action plans and call strategies to maintain ongoing business with current accounts and apply working knowledge of clinical, consultative, and strategic selling skills to drive new market potential to grow the business within assigned territory
* Coordinate and provide educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers

Position Overview:
Major Sales Development Representative are responsible for generating qualified leads that progress into revenue-generating opportunities, nurturing prospects, and setting up meetings for sales executives through various channels, including email, phone, and web.

Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify key decision-makers, industry trends, and business challenges to tailor outreach efforts.
Proactive Outreach: Engage potential clients through multi-channel outreach, including phone, email, and social selling, to generate high-value sales opportunities.
Sales Alignment: Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lead-generation strategies and coordinate seamless hand-offs.
Business Insights: Gather and analyze prospect data to uncover pain points, opportunities, and industry-specific needs that align with Paylocity's solutions.
Technology-Driven Sales: Leverage AI dialers, sales engagement platforms, CRM tools, and data intelligence sources to increase outreach efficiency, automate workflows, and improve prospecting accuracy.
Relationship Building: Establish trust with potential clients through consultative conversations, positioning Paylocity as a long-term partner in workforce transformation.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate prospecting data, track interactions, and leverage analytics to refine outreach strategies.
Competitive Collaboration: Participate in team competitions and performance-based incentives that reward both individual and team success.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree is preferred, but we also value a high school diploma with two years of work, military, or relevant experience.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.

The base pay range for this position is $37,000 to $47,500/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet our patients and customers as they enter the store, identify patients' needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience while providing promotional products and services available.
Assists patients and customers to choose eyewear that best fit their budget requirements as well as eye care needs.
Troubleshoot and identify problems related to prescription.
Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solutions to remedy situations.
Attain sales goals established while complying with company and local policies and procedures.
Adhering to quality control standards including OSHA and other safety requirements.
Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames and edge stock lenses to expedite delivery of eyeglasses, and ensure customer orders are delivered accurately and on time.
Ensure brand standards are met in the lab area, and notify management of equipment malfunctions, incomplete orders, incorrect lenses, etc.
Keep track of delivery time commitments to patients (Now Service, Ready When Promised) to ensure 100% compliance.
Other duties as assigned and required.
