Job Overview Retail sales representatives are responsible for working with both retail clients and industry professionals to promote the Bedrosians product line and gain business. You are responsible for educating clients on our products and providing appropriate suggestions and solutions. You are responsible for communicating all company and manufacturer recommendations and warnings for product application and installation. You are responsible for communicating with your clients during every aspect of the sale to ensure their satisfaction. Duties Greet and assist clients with selections and follow-through on their orders Promote the Bedrosians product line Gain knowledge of all current and new product lines Develop relationships with industry professionals to increase business Enter orders, follow-up on back-orders, invoice orders, and follow proper pick-up procedures Maintain a neat and organized workspace Assist with conducting inventory counts Maintain showroom and sample department organization and presentation Prepare and deliver bank deposits if required Review on order report daily Meet monthly sales quotas Multitask and prioritize work through effective time management Work cooperatively in team environment Participate in weekly branch meetings Write thank-you notes to clients Upsell clients when possible Focus on increasing sales to meet branch sales plan Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.
