The Experience You'll Bring: 2+ years of experience in hospitality management, including both culinary/back-of-house and front-of-house operations. leadership experience in both is strongly preferred. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Excellent financial management and analytical abilities. Experience with restaurant management and accounting software. In-depth knowledge of food safety, liquor requirements, and quality standards. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, active environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
