PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* If available in the Distribution Center, associates must be able to utilize the functions of the automated warehouse management system to perform their daily tasks.
* Responsible for checking shipping documents from the delivery truck driver and ensures that shipment is properly addressed to the Distribution Center; rejects any deliveries made to an address other than the ABC Distribution Center address.
* Uses a pallet jack or forklift to move shipments from the end of the truck or loading dock to the receiving area.
* Separates shipments in work area by purchase order numbers or suppliers for ease of verification.
* Inspects all containers for signs of damage and counts the number of units to ensure they match the number indicated on the shipping documents.
* Records any shortages, over-shipments, or damaged goods on the shipping document and notifies the appropriate manager of any deliveries that have been refused.
* Files all paperwork relating to the receiving function, including purchase orders, receivers, backorders and ship-on-arrival orders.
* Logs received goods on a daily basis following the outlined policy and procedures.
* Identifies any merchandise that is damaged, contains expiration dates in less than 12 months, shows signs of tampering, or any indications of not being saleable and notifies supervisor immediately.
* Makes proper notations and calculations on Shipping Documents and Receiving Documents and forwards to the Data Processing Department.
* Maintains a clean work area to help ensure that merchandise remains clean and to help prevent work-related injuries.
* Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
* Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
* Performs related duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Requires completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of experience and education.
* Normally requires less than one (1) year of equivalent work experience. Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred.

Base Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6:00AM-4:30PM overtime as designated
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Receiving Department is responsible for unloading raw materials, checking the materials in and storing them in the supermarket. Once the product is in the supermarket it is scanned, picked and delivered to the production lines. All salvage and recyclables are picked up and taken to the proper area. Daily 5S tasks as needed.
* Unload all raw materials off trailers and stage on Receiving dock
* Check in product matching to packing slips
* Basic knowledge of excel program to scan material going out to the line
* Pick product according to pick sheets
* Run dedicated replenishment routes in production and deliver product.
* Willing and able to train new hires on all aspects of receiving functions
* Daily 5S duties that keep the department orderly

Job Summary
The Escalation Team Associate in Wealth Management Operations (WM Operations) plays a critical role in supporting high-profile Financial Advisors and their staff. This position focuses on managing case inquiries, providing escalation support, overseeing K1 processing, and executing ad-hoc projects related to Alternative Investment transactions. The role is not phone-based and requires effective written communication, subject matter expertise, and a proactive approach to process improvement. The Associate reports to one of the Alternative Investments Vice President.
Key Responsibilities
> Serve as a primary escalation point for complex Alternative Investment transaction cases, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution for Financial Advisors and their teams.
> Manage and track case inquiries through internal systems, and status updates.
> Coordinate and process K1 tax documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and timely delivery to clients.
> Support and execute ad-hoc operational projects to enhance process efficiency and service quality.
> Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce escalations and streamline operations.
> Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Operations, Technology, and Compliance teams, to resolve complex inquiries and implement solutions.
> Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in Alternative Investments and Wealth Management operational procedures.
> Uphold the highest standards of client service, confidentiality, and professionalism in all interactions. Required Qualifications
> Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
> 1-3 years of professional experience in financial operations, wealth management, or alternative investments.
> Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
> Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internal case management systems.
> Exceptional written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.

SPECIAL SKILLS
-Must be highly articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and strong decision making abilities. Must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Must have strong construction estimating skills, strong knowledge of construction and
-procurement strategies, and proficiency with project scheduling software. Must have ability to navigate Web-based construction management software (often provided by the client).
