The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer service focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will be responsible for taking orders, coordinating activities in the Store, providing pricing and product information, and recommending appropriate FedEx Office products and services. The Store Consultant will operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage retail supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. Job Description Responsible for renting storage units and selling merchandise, providing excellent customer service to new and existing customers, accepting payments, calling delinquent accounts and preparing daily deposits, ensuring the storage facilities are well maintained and recording any damage or potential hazards to the Storage Manager. Maintain and strengthen relationships with current accounts. Resolves contractual and/or operational issues. Perform such things as re-negotiation efforts and oversight of accounts. Show, prepare and execute leases. Prepare and send monthly tenant statements and any other correspondence as necessary, performing timely and accurate collection of rent payments, including those past due. Prepare pay or vacate notices, facilitate evictions and other collection activities as necessary. Daily facility walk through, for unit vacates, locks, condition, and maintenance needs and cleanliness. Assist with auctions of storage units, as needed.
