Responsible to the Director of Donation Center Operations. Retail Associate will be responsible for greeting customers and determining what each customer wants/needs. Describe merchandise and explain use/operation and merchandise to customers. Build relationships with customers and recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
