The Opportunity
The Part-time Retail Associate performs management-assigned duties, which may include but may not be limited to, stocking and maintaining a store section, carry-out services and store cleaning.

The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $65,300.00-$87,500.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Responsible for closing doc drawing, preparing, reviewing and funding approved loan files ensuring compliance with appropriate regulations and company policies. Coordinates disbursement of funds with escrow, title companies, and warehouse banks. Perform all duties in accordance with the company's shipping policies and procedures, all US state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates. The starting pay is $26.50 plus incentive.
What you'll do:
Works with appropriate parties to draw docs and clear any outstanding conditions prior to loan funding
Reviews signed loan documents for compliance with federal, state and local law and company policies and procedures
Reviews and approves settlement statement from closing agent
Verifies and prepares wire transfer requests
Verifies loan amount, all fees, rates, discount points and other funding amounts
Reviews signed loan documents for correct signatures, notary information, title reports and escrow instructions
Inputs funding information into the Encompass loan system(s)
Follows up with any post-closing issues that may arise
Maintains a working knowledge of Company and regulatory changes that effect the funding process
Resolves funding discrepancies with the Servicing Department and Shipping Department
Assists departmental support staff when necessary
Performs other related duties as assigned
What you'll need:
Must demonstrate knowledge of all aspects of mortgage loan closing and funding
Experienced in NONQM, Conventional, FHA ,VA and USDA loan programs for wet and dry states
Understanding of current regulations
Maintains highly confidential information concerning clients
Requires high level of organizational skills and ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
Constant contact with title/escrow companies and internal office staff
Normal coordination of various duties required
Experience working in a paperless environment preferred.
