Contact lenders for loan status updates and relay information. Customer Service & Problem-Solving Provide exceptional guest service, mitigating challenges in the home-buying process. New Home Buyer Support Ensure a seamless experience for new home buyers from contract to closing. Act as a point of contact for new home buyers.
