In this role, you will provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities. This is a traveling position that requires regular travel as a primary requirement of the role. Travel roles may require various degrees of travel up to 50% or more of the time. Have reliable transportation to and from work location

The Responsibilities
A SalesAssociate works to achieve store sales goals and develop lasting client relationships. Through effective clienteling, the SalesAssociate works to create a superior store experience for our clients that results in sales growth. A SalesAssociate is also responsible for complying with policy, procedure, and company initiatives.
Business Leader
Meet personal and store sales and KPI goals

Develop sales techniques that are relevant to the market
Establish and maintains client-base
Leverage company tools, incentives & strategies to support meeting sales goals
People Leader
Ensure effective communication between managers & other team members
Support keeping other team members motivated and engaged

Resolves client needs quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction
Participates in all training and development meetings.
Operations Leader:
Ensure all functions of the store are maintained to support a superior shopping-experiences
Uphold store standards and policy and procedures daily
Assist in the maintenance in all areas of stock, shipping, and receiving protocols.
Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support the business goals
Comply with all point of sale register policies and procedures
Customer Focus:
Ensure the highest level of customer service to each and all individuals in the store
Build meaningful relationships with clients through strong-interpersonal skills
Collaborate with all team members to support a superior shopping experience
Be present on and off the floor as a Theory Brand Ambassador
The Essentials
1-2 years' prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Independent work ethic, time management skills
Computer skills to operate point of sale system, experiences with teamwork is a plus
Salary: $18- $20/ hour *
