Answers multi-line telephone and greets occasional patrons at the front desk, providing support for athletic programming, park and facility rental guidelines and reservation processes.

Utilizing the district's registration software to process reservations for district rentals and manage athletic program details.
Understand and process financial transactions relevant to rentals and athletic programs, including reservations, registrations, refunds, and deposits.
Provide program assistance for internal programming, including communication with coaches and parents, enrollment adjustments and updates, and scheduling assistance.
Maintain inventory of rental and program needs, including certificates, supplies and equipment, first aid kits, and insurance documents.
