Position Summary
Walton Global is seeking a motivated and driven Pension SalesAssociate to support our U.S. Capital Markets team. This role will partner closely with Territory Managers to expand Walton's footprint within the pension, endowment, and institutional consulting channel. The ideal candidate is licensed, energetic, and eager to build a career in the institutional alternative investment space.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assist Territory Managers in identifying and targeting pension plans, Taft-Hartley funds, foundations, endowments, and institutional consultants in assigned regions.
· Support outreach campaigns through email, phone calls, virtual meetings, and data research to drive new business pipeline.
· Prepare and customize marketing materials, meeting summaries, and follow-up communications.
· Coordinate and help schedule Territory Manager meetings, roadshows, events, and conference participation.
· Track engagement activities and manage CRM updates to ensure accuracy and visibility across teams.
· Develop product knowledge across Walton's suite of land investment strategies and income-focused offerings.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
· Series 7 and 63 licenses required (or ability to obtain within 120 days).
· 1-3 years of sales or distribution support experience in financial services, ideally within the pension or institutional channel.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Familiarity with alternative investments, real assets, or private funds preferred.
· Self-starter with excellent organization and follow-through.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
· Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dependable Lead Fulfillment Ship Associate that will provide leadership and foster team cooperation of employees onsite at our fulfillment facility. You will respectfully communicate with all co-workers, ensure effective employee relations, and direct employees on the most effective ways to execute tasks. As a Lead Fulfillment Ship Associate, you will also be responsible for effective time management by maintaining momentum and keeping employees on task to successfully meet goals and deadlines. You Will:

General Summary of Responsibilities:

Monitor inventory for DVD production materials and fulfillment packaging materials; report to supervisor if reorder is required.
Inspect customer originals for order integrity prior to shipment.
Assemble and package DVD orders for shipping.
Maintain and perform equipment maintenance on DVD burners and printers.
Data entry into a computer system for shipping details.
Keep the work area organized and clean.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Place containers on pallets, secure with each container with proper wrapping to ensure a quality delivery (stretch, shrink and strapping wrap)
Complying with OSHA and other safety regulations
Assist in maintaining the security of warehouse
