While working at the cash desk, Key Holder are expected to process all register transactions in a smooth, efficient, and accurate way to ensure that the last part of the experience in the store is enjoyable and satisfactory for the customer while ensuring that all the policies and procedures are followed strictly. When working in the stockrooms, Key Holder are expected to participate in all objectives related with operations of the back areas including: delivery, replenishment, transfers in & out, maintenance of the standards of the stockroom, inventories and keeping the area clean, tidy and organized. Key Holder Responsibilities: Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed. Handle cash management responsibilities, including deposits and safe counts.
