The Retail Sales Representative Lead is a skilled and effective communicator with the ability to provide peer-to-peer coaching and feedback on sales performance, operational tasks, and customer service disputes. This position addresses escalated customer issues while ensuring high quality and accurate service by assisting and resolving a wide variety of customer requests, inquiries, and complaints. This position also involves peer training, special projects, operational tasks, travel, and other duties as assigned.
Where you will work:
This position is based in the Rocklin, CA location, with the ability to travel into the nearest office and the field as needed.
A Day in the Life of the Retail Sales Representative Lead:
Oversee successful day-to-day operation of Retail and RSR functions.
Act as retail store back-up for Regional Retail stores, including coverage for lunches, breaks, and vacation.
Regularly travel to store locations to conduct monthly monetary paperwork, PCI, and inventory audits.
Support the on-boarding of retail staff.
Supports the day-to-day tasks of overseeing multi-store employee work and time-off schedules.
Train, assist, coach, and develop RSR team in partnership with Regional Retail Manager.
Influence retail employees to focus on high quality service, sales, and retention efforts.
Promote company objectives and champion World-class customer experience.
Collaborate on developing and distributing sales and service reporting.
Review and authorize team batches, adjustments, and corrections to be completed at the local level, in partnership with Retail Management.
Collaborate with and provide auxiliary support for other retail teams and work groups within the Region.
Oversee accurate cash handling for multiple retail stores and RSR group; preparing deposits and posting payments.
Assist with organizing and auditing RSR commissions.
Seek opportunities with customers to enhance the company's image; always set a positive example for peers by presenting a neat appearance and showing respect for our customers and their property.
Provide accurate and efficient feedback to customer issues quickly and efficiently by improving personal technical knowledge and understanding of all services and equipment.
Maintain sales progress in accordance with assigned goals and document productivity on sales forms/ reports as provided by the company.
Manage employee schedules to ensure proper store coverage while maximizing employee efficiency.
Make recommendations for incentive programs that motivate the retail sales team to achieve monthly sales targets; collaborate on sales promotion activities to maximize sales.

Mission of Role: Supports management of the ICON Sales and Marketing operation. Responsible for administration and support of ICON's Zoho CRM database. Executes mass communications including email, automation, and integrated marketing campaigns for automated lead generation and scoring programs.

Primary Areas of Responsibilities:
1. Administrator for Zoho CRM database including user setup, profiles and roles, plus customization for objects, fields, record types, page layouts, validations and user permissions/privileges
2. Manage the vendor relationships - understand new releases, how they might impact our implementation, if problems are being addressed according to the service level agreement…
3. Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, oversee demand generation analytics and reporting

Preferred Experience & Education:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years' experience in a relevant Sales or Marketing Operations role with an understanding of lead-to-revenue demand funnels and reporting (high-value B2C experience preferred)
1+ years' experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua)
Experience with Zoho preferred

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be willing and able to:
Client outreach and engagement, including direct communication with clients such as in person meetings, mail, email, texts and telephone; community and street-level outreach;
Complete documentation required for data reporting and outcome tracking;

Maintaining an active panel of 50 members. Trainees will have 3 months to build up a minimal panel of 30 and 6 months to work up to a 50 member panel;
Sharing and maintaining information with client's multidisciplinary team and implementing activities per CMP, including Community Supports;
Support client engagement in support including coordination or medication review and or reconciliation, scheduling appointments, appointment reminders, coordinating transportation, accompany client to critical appointments, identify and address other barriers to client's engagement in services;
Ensuring regular contact with the member and their family member(s), guardian, caregiver, and/or authorized support person(s) as part of care coordination;
Engage and help client participate in and manage their care;
Coaching members to make lifestyle choices based on healthy behavior - goal is for members to successfully monitor and manage their health;
Supporting members in strengthening their skills to identify and access resources to assist them in managing and prevention of chronic condition;
Linkage to resources based on member's needs such as smoking cessation, self-help recovery, etc.;

Network with community and stakeholders to remain current on issues and activities as they impact coordination of care for clients;
Coordination of care with health plans;
Attend required training to maintain provider certification and current industry knowledge;
Performs administrative tasks including timely record keeping and data entry;
Maintains up to date, adequate records and other documentation necessary for the collection of data and statistics pertaining to program outcomes, demographics, and information as required by funders;
Collaborate as an active member of a team;
Actively model and communicate the mission and vision and supports a corporate culture of empowerment, team building, and open communication;
Maintains compliance with all applicable county, state and federal laws and regulations, funder and program requirements;

The
successful candidate has:
Associate's Degree in the social service field with one (1) year of experience in care coordination/case management/Community Health work preferred OR minimum 2 years of case management/community health work and care planning experience in lieu of Associate's Degree.
Bilingual/Multilingual in English and Spanish, Farsi, Dari, Russian, Arabic, Hmong, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, and/or American Sign Language highly preferred.
1 years of experience with SOAP/encounter note writing is preferred
