Assists patients in and out of motor vehicles, obtains wheelchairs, helps with packages, bags, etc. Opens and closes motor vehicle doors. Ensures a clean working area by keeping the area neat and free of debris. Sweeps the front door area. Notifies appropriate personnel of spills, ice build up, snow removal, etc. Provides traffic control, keeps traffic moving, eliminates bottlenecks and traffic tie-ups in the front door area. Deliver extraordinary service to each patient and visitor. Customer service-related issues will be handled quickly and professionally. The Customer Service Clerk will treat each customer as a unique individual, deserving of respect.
