Through our training program, we deconstruct homes and offices to salvage building materials, appliances, and architectural gems for sale to the public. With a customer-first attitude, the Retail Store Associate works with customers, donors, and Building Value staff to transfer salvaged materials into the store and ensure a positive shopping experience. The ideal Retail Associate will have vision, creativity, and ability to use salvaged materials to produce upcycled items.
