Education or experience that prepares you for success:
• 4-year college degree in related field with at least 1 year of related experience OR 3-4 years of related sales experience
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Responsibilities Include:
* Generate your own leads, run company provided leads and build solid, long-lasting relationships with customers in your assigned territory leveraging our CRM database.
* Carefully listen to customer challenges or concerns about their water quality and conduct compelling in-home sales presentations to showcase the benefits of Culligan water treatment systems
* Design and recommend a complete water treatment solution for customers, choosing from our portfolio of softeners, drinking water systems and problem water equipment
* Use web-based tools and or apps to enter customer orders, process customer credit applications, execute sales contracts and manage your CRM data base
* Have a selling mentality, always be ready to recommend a product or service to each person you talk with
* Communicate consistently and effectively with management, service/installation teams, and customer service departments
* Report sales activities, pipeline, forecasts, performance on a daily/weekly basis.
* Work a minimum of 40 hours per week and be compensated through commissions and performance bonuses
Qualifications:
* No degree required, only a minimum of 1 year of residential or in-home sales experience
* Valid Driver's license with reliable transportation
* Possess a skill set as a successful hunter, closer, and marketer
* Ability to self-generate leads
* A proven track record for closing sales
* Experience in cold calling sales activities
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30 pm
* Occasional Saturday morning (e.g., 9am to 12pm) or early evening appointments (e.g., 5 to 6:30pm)

Sales Consultant in Training are responsible for achieving sales objectives, territory management, selling current and new products, promotions, in-store tastings, and servicing accounts. This also includes merchandising activities such as: shelf placement, maintaining cold boxes, building displays and stocking inventories.
This person will be working in accounting servicing the Green Bay/Appleton/Oshkosh areas.
Job Responsibilities:
* Travels around assigned territory to service accounts
* Check quantities of goods on display, cold box placements, in stock and service the accounts.
* Fills shelves from displays and back stock to ensure out of stock items are minimized.
* Develops and maintains relationships with customers.
* Communicates with Sales Representatives regarding changes in buyer's preferences, out of stock inventory, oversight in shelf space and any concerns/situations encountered during business hours.
* Build and develop trust and a strong working relationship of the retailer by upholding Johnson Brothers corporate values, have excellent customer service and a "can-do" attitude.
* Perform other work-related tasks and special projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
* Work experience in the liquor industry, such as: bartender, wait staff, liquor store experience, etc. a plus.
* Goal and results oriented.
* Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and prioritize work.
* Competitive, self-motivated and customer service orientated.
* Professional written and oral communication skills a must.
* Have reliable transportation with valid insurance.
* Good driving record.
* Ability to lift to 50-pound cases, sometimes repeatedly.
