In the Role
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals as well as customer expectations
Develop new relationships - and maintain existing relationships - working with customers throughout the loan process and loan life cycle

We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.
Employees accrue paid time off each pay period at a rate of no less than 40 hours per year for their first year and 80 hours per year each year thereafter. You are entitled to minimum requirements for paid sick leave under appropriate state law if applicable.

What we're looking for...
* High school diploma or GED.
* One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
* Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
* At least 18 years of age
* Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
* Legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements
* Ability to lift 10 pounds.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Training Requirements
All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

Summary
The Showroom Sales Consultant increases sales, market share, company profitability and customer satisfaction by working with the consumer public, suppliers, contractors and their clients in choosing plumbing fixtures and related items for kitchens, baths and recreational areas. Sales consultants provide expert product selection assistance, expediting orders from vendors and conducting customer visits as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work with customers, contractors, builders and vendors in planning and product selection.
Assist manager in marketing campaigns.
Track customer returns.
Maintain accurate and organized customer files.
Schedule deliveries.
Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services.
Develop long-term relationships with builders and contractors.
Read blueprints to ensure compatibility between product ordered and customer desire and needs.
Assist in scheduled physical inventory counts.
Coordinate the ordering, receiving and delivery of products in a timely manner.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Use strong consultative sales skills, negotiation and interpersonal skills (both oral and written), attention to detail, strong follow-up skills and motivation to make the sale.
Work with local outside salespeople to assist in following up with any issues.
Assist with special projects such as trade shows and display changes.
Other duties as assigned.
Equipment Used
Use appropriate office technologies and computers to process and track orders and maintain excellent communication with all contacts.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years work experience as a Design Specialist.
Strong customer service and/or problem solving skills
Must be results oriented and willing to be accountable for results
Good written and oral communication skills
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
Available to work weekday or weekend overtime as required
