This is a large geography, so overnight travel is expected at times. Travel up to 50% within the territory. The position is residence based and candidate must be domiciled within the territory.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities of this role, Primary Care SalesConsultant are to:
Build and develop professional relationships with (but not limited to) primary care, pharmacy staff, within assigned customers;
Drive appropriate utilization of approved CV and menopause products; the incumbent will work closely with the Customer Squad to generate pull-through within local payers, community HCPs;

Patient Engagement & Sales

Meet face-to-face with new and existing patients to guide them through their treatment journey, including program details and financial discussions.

Collaboration & Patient Experience
Partner closely with clinical staff to ensure each patient's visit is positive, efficient, and consistent with Limitless' standards.
Monitor patient adherence to their treatment plan, proactively following up if there is a deviation or missed payment.
Support a seamless handoff between clinical and administrative processes to enhance the overall patient experience.
Operations & Efficiency
Manage patient records and scheduling using programs such as RXNT, Hubspot, and Quest.
Order medications accurately and efficiently following clinic protocols.
Create, track, and complete tasks promptly, maintaining exceptional organization and time management.
