SUMMARY:
The Commercial Roofing Inside Sales Representative role is responsible for supporting sales efforts by developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and commercial clients. This role involves managing inbound and outbound sales calls, preparing quotes, processing orders, and coordinating with operations and field staff to ensure customer satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
Serve as a primary point of contact for commercial roofing clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
Qualify leads and respond to incoming inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Generate quotes and proposals for commercial roofing materials and services.
Proactively follow up on outstanding quotes and convert them into sales.
Support outside sales representatives with pricing, product availability, and project coordination.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of commercial roofing systems (EPDM, TPO, metal, modified bitumen, etc.).
Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and warehouse staff to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and orders in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the operations and estimating team to align on project timelines and client expectations.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
Perform other duties, as required.
