Major Duties & Responsibilities
Pursues and cultivates business relationships and partnerships through various networks.
Conducts proactive telephone presentations to financial professionals highlighting Revol One Financial products and value proposition.
Identifies and executes opportunities to use Revol One Financial product strategy to help financial professionals and firms grow their business.
Apply marketing and distribution plan/strategy that aligns with overall business plans and emphasizes the differentiators in the marketplace.
Identify and acquire new business relationships across traditional insurance distribution channels while carving out the niche for Revol One Financial.
Must be able to roll up sleeves, spending large amounts of time and building relationships on the phone with, willingness to sweep the floors and work independently and in ambiguous environments.
Be an extension of the voice of the distribution and customer to internal team members and executive management.
Partner and collaborate with the internal and external sales teams and service and operations teams to provide best-in class service.
Proactively handle all inbound sales calls from agents and IMO distribution relationships.
Ability to listen, document appropriately and navigate a new, developing CRM system.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
3-5 years' experience with service and/or internal wholesaling preferred.
