Sales Support Specialist Requirements:
5+ years in customer service, inside sales, or sales support within a manufacturing or B2B environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
Experience using HubSpot (SAGE 100 experience is a plus).

Document all customer interactions with detailed notes in the CRM system.
