Job Summary
We are seeking a result oriented Inside Sales Representative in Raleigh, NC to sell the NetApp's products, systems and/or services via telephone or electronic means to customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts with the focus in acquiring new customers, retaining and growing the existing installed base of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
· Assigned to a set of accounts across a specific territory
· Works directly over the phone with customers and Partners to drive preference to NetApp and capture sales.

· Maintains Installed base and contact data in CRM system.
· Identifies Partner capability gaps and coordinates with channel organization to address these gaps.
· Works with the Channel organization and key Partners to create territory plans and co-sell into prospective customers.
· Develops plans with field marketing functions to determine opportunities for events and campaigns to drive pipeline generation.
· Prepares and submits forecast reports.
· Expected to achieve and track weekly sales activities such as outbounds, contact capture, opportunity, and pipeline development and enter into a CRM.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 76,500 - 99,000 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. The range is based on 'On Target Earnings' (OTE) representing the total potential earnings, which is the sum of the base salary and potential commission earned when performance targets are achieved. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's). These offerings are subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
