Fenceworks is currently seeking an inside sales representative with at least three years of sales experience. The sales rep is responsible for identifying and developing home builders and General Contractor relationships and expanding our presence in the market. While not required, our ideal candidate will have fencing or construction sales experience and estimating knowledge and/or experience.
Responsibilities
· Foster relationships with current home builders and General Contractor customers and new prospects.
· Generate prospects through Bid websites (e.g., Building Connected, Bid Mail).
· Obtain all required bid documents; including but not limited to site plans, fence specifications, and field measurements.
· Provide pricing based on specification and review with Sales Manager.
· Present proposal and follow up on bid within a timely manner to address or answer questions or comments.
· Maintain communication with superintendents and purchasing throughout job.
· Participate in sales meetings, training, trade shows, or other off-site functions as required
Qualifications:
· At least 2 years of Sales experience
· Ideal familiarity and experience in construction-related roles or the fencing industry.
· Must be able to prospect effectively and close sales
· Basic Microsoft Office skills
· Experience with CRM is a plus
· Familiarity with Building Connected and Bid Mail is a plus
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen

How you will make an impact:
The Global OEM Accounts Coordinator acts as a support specialist to Meissner s OEM sales team and OEM customers. POSITION OVERVIEW
Kate Farms is seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic Inside Sales team. In this role you will be responsible for handling incoming sales calls and placing outbound sales calls to customers and prospects. • Handles member service matters such as providing tours of the Club, explaining services offered by the Coaching
Department and signing a member up for training agreements and appointments. Mediates member issues and
concerns in a timely and effective manner, elevating issues when appropriate.
• Performs various administrative and housekeeping duties within assigned areas as needed.
• Alerts the Operations staff of repairs and maintenance needs in the club. Personally, conducts facility walk through
daily.
• Supervises coach sales activities. Reviews agreements and prepares daily paperwork.

1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:

• Must be able to operate and adjust all Fitness equipment.

The Sales Support plays a critical role in ensuring smooth daily operations by assisting sales representatives, supporting front office processes (as a backup), and assisting with additional support tasks in other departments as needed.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Efficiently answer phones, transfer calls and answer basic customer questions
Support the Sales Team by preparing estimates, entering orders, and assisting with customer follow-up as needed.
Provides reliable back-up coverage to the front counter as needed, including greeting customers, answering and transferring phone calls, and assisting with general inquiries.
Assist management with cross-departmental projects and operational initiatives.
Performs other duties as assigned to support overall business operations.
Additional Responsibilities as needed at each site:
Accompany clients to the yard to inspect plant materials, ensuring product quality and fostering customer satisfaction.
Reviews incoming plant shipments and organize orders for sales representatives pending delivery.
Resolve plant material quality and order issues by collaborating with internal departments to ensure timely solutions.
Complete customer requests for product photos and specs as needed.
Support inventory management by printing plant labels, conducting stock counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Provide coverage for Sales Representatives during absences, maintaining seamless customer service and sales operations.
Perform accurate cash handling procedures, including processing transactions, issuing receipts, and reconciling cash drawers during register closeout at end of shift.
Monitor and replenish office supplies using approved vendors
Experience and other requirements:
Office experience of two years or more desired
Sales and customer service experience is preferred
Experience working in a nursery, in the landscape industry, or a related field a plus
Ability to speak and write English and Spanish desired
Excellent written and verbal communication is required
Detail oriented and excellent problem-solving skills are required
Basic experience with Microsoft Office is required
Experience with Point of Sale and inventory management software desired
Ability and flexibility moving from indoor to outdoor environment throughout the day based on business needs
Job Specifications:
This is a full-time onsite position located at our yard/office. Work from home options are not available.
This position requires frequent transitions between indoors and outdoors environments throughout the day. Indoor working environments involve working in a stationary position either sitting or standing for long periods of time. Extensive typing and 10-key use may be required.
Outdoor work environment involves being exposed to various environmental elements including dust, pollen, orders, moisture and other seasonal allergens, which can vary by nursery location and time of the year.
