Position Summary:The mission of Sales Operations Specialist is to provide superior support for our global Hourly Cost Maintenance Program Sales Team, enabling them to sell more efficiently and effectively by providing strategic direction and reducing friction in the sales process. The success of the Sales Operations Specialist ensures that the overall corporate growth, sales, and earnings objectives of JSSI are met and/or exceeded on a timely and consistent basis.Duties and Responsibilities:
Streamline communication between the Directors of Business Development and the internal teams involved in the Sales process to allow the Sales Team to focus on sales.
Sales process optimization through the integration of applications and tools.
CRM management (Salesforce). The Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for maintaining an accurate Sales funnel, tracking the process of current enrollments, and updating enrollment records daily.
Generate, analyze and present reports.
Valuating, documenting, implementing, and communicating the company's best practices and formal processes.
Complete and process pre-enrollment paperwork (proposals, authorization forms, contract applications, compliance certificates).
Record, vet, and route sales leads.
Support with trade shows / exhibitions as necessary.
Education and Experience:
College education required.
Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Word and Excel.
Discretion, ethic, good judgment, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities.

Philips Transparency Details
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $121,750 - $174,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Partner with restaurant management to confirm menus, pricing, layouts, and availability
Monitor local private-dining competitors to support strategy
Perform administrative tasks including correspondence and scheduling

Your Experience Includes
Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1+ year of administrative, customer service, hospitality, or sales support experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfort in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment
Preferred:
Hotel, restaurant, catering, or event sales experience
Familiarity with CRM systems (Delphi, Opera, Salesforce, or similar)
Experience preparing proposals or event documents
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
Physical Requirements
Sitting for extended periods
Occasional standing/walking for site visits or event support
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and establish contact with t-shirt chairs and key decision-makers in fraternity and sorority chapters on your campus.
Present Greekly's unique value proposition to potential clients, emphasizing our key differentiators (no order window, no minimum order size, fastest turnaround time, etc.).
Serve as the primary liaison between Greekly and fraternity/sorority chapters, facilitating communication and order processes.
Monitor trends and activities within campus Greek life that could lead to apparel needs or promotional opportunities.
Achieve sales targets by securing apparel orders from chapters, earning a commission based on the sales you generate.
Provide feedback to Greekly on market trends, customer needs, and product effectiveness to help enhance service offerings.

Current student with strong ties to campus Greek life.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of audiences.
