Job Description
Seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the Fulfyld team. This individual will be responsible for finding qualified leads and turning them into prospects by engaging with them through e-mails, cold-calls and social media. The individual in this role will manage all inbound (from all channels) enquiries and outbound efforts.

Manage inbound leads coming through the website and social media platforms
Find new qualified leads and add them to the CRM system on a daily basis
Meet and exceed monthly targets and quotas
Book and complete discovery calls with prospects and transition them to the Director of Accounts.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set.
Assist management with transition of all customers and processes to external warehouses
Gain knowledge and understanding of the e-commerce, fulfillment and logistics industries
Qualifications
