About the role:

Role key responsibilities:
Create share profit partnerships with Medical aesthetics practices including Plastic Surgeons , Dermatologists, Med Spas and Injectors offices in Miami and South Florida.
Prepare and maintain share profit agreements with accounts.
Develop accounts and train them on the Device technology.
Be present during treatments with the Company Device.
Meet and exceed established sales quotas.
Report directly to the National Sales Director.
Skills and qualifications required:
Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience
3+ years of experience in capital equipment devices in Miami and south Florida
Sales experience proven record
Driver's License.
Strong team work skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Communicate with our current and prospective leads by phone, video, email or chat to nurture and prepare them for the purchase of a procedure
Influence customer purchases of Squlpt Body Shaping procedures by supporting a “buy in” to the Squlpt brand, highlighting our unique and innovative clinical model and taking a no-stress sales and educational approach
Prepare quotes for procedures based on the care plan developed by the plastic surgeon
Collaboratively work with our patients in devising a financial plan for paying for their procedure
Interface with third-party lending companies and review financing options to assist the completion of the sales process
Complete the financial contract with our patients at the end of the sales process
Schedule our patients for the date of their procedure
Maintain positive patient relationships from the initial interaction up until the procedure day
If a sale is not completed, proactively re-engage based on the quality of the lead
Meet with management for regular sales and performance reviews
Minimum Job Qualifications:
At least 3 years (but ideally 5 years) professional sales experience
We are NOT necessarily looking for experience in the plastic surgery or medical fields. We are only seeking high level candidates from hospitality, luxury, technology, start-ups, and other innovative growth and sales industries
BS/BA or other equivalent work experience
Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, G Suite, internet navigation, Salesforce is a plus but not a necessity)
