YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Achieve sales and revenue targets for the Magnetic Resonance portfolio across assigned accounts and territory by effectively positioning and differentiating Bayer solutions from competitor offerings;
* Build strong relationships with radiology leaders, Magnetic Resonance technologists, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees (VACs) to expand Bayer's MR presence to promote Bayer Radiology products/services/solutions to exceed sales goals;

Job Description
We are looking for a talented and well-connected Independent Salesperson to sell high-quality and affordable new websites. This is a commission-only position with no cap on your potential earnings. Commission starts at 25%. We will provide you with product training and full support. Protected territories are available. We pay weekly.
You will develop leads and sales through your contacts and by actively contacting businesses in your area. Physical visits to local businesses is a key component of our sales process. It is important that you build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
You will NOT need to prepare presentations, proposals, nor contracts. Our team handles all the customer service. You will only need to sell and follow up with clients regularly to see how else we can help them to thrive.
We have a simple sales process for you to follow and will train you in it. We will provide you PowerPoint and print presentations, a powerful CRM software, and on-going training. Orders are taken online and clients can sign the contract electronically or in print.

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Under general supervision,
Promotes Coreslab and the precast industry, sells our products, systems and services and performs related work as required or assigned,
Estimates project costs and revenues from provided plans and bid packages by obtaining latest material, labor, and subcontract pricing and assigning quantities of such accordingly,
Manages projects to meet customer expectations and project specifications, including schedule and quality, and performs related work as required or assigned.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Sales:
promote Coreslab Structures and the precast industry
assist the design and building communities in solving their construction challenges
market and showcase Coreslab success stories
bid information and requirements review, and transfer to estimating
obtain and track bid results for future bid analysis
obtain executed contracts in a timely fashion
implement (and assist in development of) a successful marketing program
Estimating:
estimate commercial projects
utilize standard forecasted pricing ensuring the estimating platform is current
prepare professional and binding Project Proposals
