Obtain product orders, with detailed measurements and specification information over the phone or in person; act as liaison between purchasing, inside design staff, production staff and customer; trouble-shoot issues in the field on all types of products such as building materials, millwork, and structural building components. Maintain contact with your customers.
Actively engage in increasing knowledge of sales techniques, and developing product and industry knowledge through attending company training. We have an amazing, nationally proven sales process that is consultative based and completely professional!
Assist clients, as needed through each step of the sales process, addressing concerns promptly to increase customer satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience in outside sales is a must for this position!
Construction industry knowledge is a big plus.
College degree, or history of setting and completing long term goals.
Strong written and verbal skills.
CLOSING DEALS and ASKING FOR THE SALE must be part of your repertoire, if not, this position is not for you. There are many skills necessary to being successful in sales, and you may have some of them, but you need proven experience closing the deal. Order takers are a dime a dozen.

Commission only with advanced commissions at each sales reps request. We also pay performance bonuses and most importantly, ongoing and repeat residuals for the life of each customer.
