The Total Target Cash Compensation is changing to reward successful performance, attract and retain top talent. Our B2B Sales Development Program employees earn a base salary of $57,000 for months 1 and 2. In months 3 and 4, we introduce the sales quota and commission structure, where the base pay is $48,300, and there is an opportunity to earn $17,000 in commissions yearly when sales goals are met.

Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. This position is responsible for selling capital equipment lines including machine guarding equipment, industrial fans, modular wall and curtain systems, mezzanines, lift tables, in-plant offices, and related equipment. Our customer base includes anyone with a loading dock, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position, with responsibility for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products and services to the Northern California marketplace.
Required Experience:
Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years' successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude. Sales Representatives must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.
The pay range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. We take geographic differentials into consideration in areas of higher cost of living. We offer nine paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve). New employees are eligible for up to two weeks of vacation (pro-rated based on hire date within 1st year of employment). We offer additional paid time off based on tenure. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Achieves or exceeds assigned sales goals and expectations.
