What this position entails
The Sales Development Representative is a vital part of IntelliScript's innovative and collaborative Sales and Marketing team. Working with the Sales Manager and the Account Executives, the Sales Development Representative will develop client and prospect relationships that turn into sales opportunities. Main duties and responsibilities:

Provides exceptional member service to members, promptly and effectively addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
Collaborates with other departments, such as loan officers and underwriters, to resolve complex loan-related issues and ensure a seamless member experience.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, loan modifications, and SCRA/MLA processes in the credit union's systems and databases.
Remains up to date on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies related to loan maintenance, member onboarding, and SCRA/MLA processes.
Identifies opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and streamline member experiences within the Sales Operations department.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Minimum
2+ years' experience in sales, customer service, insurance, financial institutions - Preferred
Must be self-directed, ambitious, and comfortable in a highly goal-driven environment, with a passion for sales that make an impact!
Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to educate members on products and services and cross-sell with a needs-based approach
Time management, organizational, follow up skills, and the ability to process paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Loan Origination Systems or related.
Availability to work 40 hours/week and be scheduled between the following hours:
