Responsibilities of the Flex Time Dental Sales - Pharmaceutical Sales position
Sell and detail products directly to dental professionals Dentists and Hygienists).
Call on at least 8 dental offices each day and see the entire office.
Deliver 12 or more face to face presentations/day to targeted dentists and hygienists.
Conduct lunch and learn sessions with at least one office per day
Conduct dental products presentations with a company iPad.

Regional Director Qualifications:

Prioritize time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physician specialists based on opportunity and potential;
Understand fully the assigned customers' product and business needs and works to meet those needs while adhering to all of Bayer company ethics and compliance standards;
Anticipate potential barriers to achievement of goals and propose responsible solutions for success;
Has long standing relationships with key customers and an in-depth knowledge of the disease state, key drivers, influencers and prescribing patterns in their territory;

Job Summary:
The Enterprise SalesDevelopmentRepresentative position reports to the VP of Enterprise. The ESDR will generate new leads for the Enterprise Account Executive team. They will use a combination of outbound cold calling and calling on inbound marketing leads, Account-Based Marketing programs, events, and other sources to generate leads. The ESDR plays a key role in our demand generation team, as it is one of the first touch points for prospects. This role will set the tone for the customer experience, generate top of the funnel demand, support pipeline and revenue targets, and help to accelerate sales.
Role and Responsibility:
Identify and research potential enterprise customers using various tools and techniques, including social media (Linkedin), industry publications, CRM systems, ABM software, and GenerativeAI software.
Conduct outbound enterprise campaigns using calls, emails, and social media (Linkedin) to engage prospects while driving interest in OpenEye products and services.
Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and potential fit with OpenEye solutions.
Schedule meetings and OpenEye product demos for the Enterprise Account Executive team with qualified prospects.
Maintain accurate records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system (Outreach & SalesForce).
Work closely with the Enterprise Account Executive team to implement effective outreach strategies, including coordinating with vertical-based marketing campaigns and field marketing initiatives.
Actively manage a pipeline of prospects who have shown interest via various digital signals but have not yet committed to a meeting.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to management.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a SalesDevelopment role, preferably in the Enterprise space and technology sector.
1+ years in a sales or customer facing role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with prospects.
Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, qualification, and appointment setting.
Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., SalesForce, Outreach) and other sales tools.
Highly motivated, ambitious and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
