What You'll Do
You'll be the hero who keeps our small-to-medium business customers happy, loyal and thriving. Your mission? Reduce controllable churn by solving problems, offering tailored incentives and uncovering upsell opportunities that truly meet customers' needs. Here's a look at what you'll be doing:
