What you'll do each day: Generate new & repeat sales by providing Printed Circuit Board (PCB) materials product and technical support and information in a timely manner and by maintaining customer relationships Provide technical support to customers through knowledge of PCB product, samples, and data sheets Partner with Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Supplier Resources & the fabricators manufacturing goods with our products to further penetrate customer base Work with Product Management, Sales and Suppliers to continue to develop gross profit opportunities Service assigned region & increase sales by technically supporting the value selling, cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales & offering promotional sale item techniques Visit customer sites and provide excellent technical customer service and satisfaction while growing the business Visit our customers OEMs to present our technology in an effort to win print position for the products we sell into the fabricators. These calls will often be with our suppliers' sales and marketing teams or with Insulectro TAMs and Product Managers.
