Possess excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, strong cash handling, and merchandising ability. Ability to follow, as well as implement and enforce, company policies and procedures. Strong work performance. Proven ability to grow the business by seeking sales opportunities and developing a sales driven team. Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change efficiently, proactively and in a positive manner. Physical ability to carry out the essential functions of the job, including packing candy, stocking shelves, ringing sales, standing, or walking the entire shift and lifting up to 25 pounds frequently.
