Job Details Leif Johnson Ford of Buda - Buda, TXDescription Drive commercial-vehicle growth for our Buda rooftop. You will:
Prospect and close small-business, municipal, and fleet accounts
Build long-term relationships through consultative, solution-based selling
Manage the order pipeline-from specs and upfitting to delivery and post-sale support
Leverage Ford Fleet programs, incentives, and financing to maximize value for clients
Maintain accurate CRM notes, monthly forecasts, and CSI targets

Qualifications
2 + years proven success in fleet/commercial vehicle sales (Ford experience a plus)
Strong knowledge of fleet financing, leasing, and upfit options
CRM proficiency and solid pipeline/forecast management skills
Self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting and relationship building
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
