This position does involve working alongside your team in a clinical role for approximately 25% of your time. As a Department Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 50-60 veterinary technicians and assistants with a 24/7/365-day service, working closely with other hospital managers and directors to ensure the highest level of care and support for our patients.
