Compensation: 60-day training hourly rate upon hire = $20.00 to $20.00. Following the training period, this position pays an hourly rate of $16.50 - $16.50. This position is eligible to earn weekly, and monthly incentives based upon sales. Incentive amounts range from 2% to 15% and differ based on product types. Profit sharing is available to eligible employees; this discretionary program is dependent on the profitability of the company.
