SUMMARY
Directs and coordinates the activities of the Outside Sales group in an efficient manner for the desired quality and quantity of work necessary to meet business requirements and customer standards.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing enforcing systems, policies, and procedures
* Work with Outside Sales to develop a strong working relationship between Toyota Maintenance and Engineering
* Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities
* Conduct weekly 1 on 1 meetings with Outside Sales team members to achieve MBO's and understand current conditions
* Complete operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; implementing new procedures
* Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards; adhering to legal regulations
* Conduct performance reviews, motivate team members and create strategies to boost team member productivity
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications
* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
* Provide quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards
* Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIRED
* At least 3 years supervisory experience
* High School Diploma/GED is required
